About the original…
Book Of.. is the result of frost that accumulates on the atrium of my studio. It is a color transparency of the photograph that I took one morning as the sun was rising creating this amazing orange light on the frost. It has been altered digitally to create the line down the middle. Then the image was cut to what I need to overlay on the old book pages that have been waxed with beeswax. The zipper part seems to complete the piece.
