Give Me
The original piece is a combination of a number of images that have been combined and digitally altered. There are two encaustic paintings and one sculpture that contributed to the making of this image. The 2 paintings are of the Statue of Liberty which were in a group show called “Taking Liberties” in 2004. The sculpture is from the “HomeEc” series – “Safety Dress”. The Original also included zipper parts and an Asian coin.The resulting image has a deconstruction quality to it. Original – Private Collection.
